Happy Mothers Day.

went bugis for some shoppin yea again. :) then nw its 7:27pm sharp. im gg to learn how to do cheesecake ! nice ones. from my mum hee :)

i wonder how will it be like? hahaz... LOL! only thse of my close frns get e chance to eat it bahz :) shld feel honoured yea?

1). Hav to crush the digestive biscuits.(real fine)

2). Add butter into it when the butter isnt that hard anymore. as in melt a little.

3).Mix both together. and blend them well.

4).Put it into the fridge.

5).Crack 4 eggs and separate the egg yolk and the white(not even a drip of egg yolk inside e whites)

6)Add sugar into the egg yolk and stir it well then pour it into the mixture.

7)Add yoghurt and flour and and vanilla syrup into it. Then beat in e cheese as well. philladelphia ones.

8)Whisk the egg whites and sugar into sort of like foamy and add into it too.

THEN bake into the oven for about 170 degree for 1 hr. Then its done.
