Quit Smoking.

I have this sudden thought to quit smoking.

Hmm these daes i feel disgusted at times by e taste. HAHA! issit signaling me that it is time to stop?

well here are e advantages to quit.

Appearance:
- whiter teeth, clearer skin and pleasant breath; pleasanter odours in the home, in the car, on one's clothes.

A good example :
- a good example for your children, grandchildren and friends.- a healthy behaviour model, for those who work in education or the health sector, towards pupils and patients.

Economic:
- you save a lot of money

and e list goes down. Im just HIGHLIGHTIN WHT IS IMPT TO ME.. lol

For Economic wise, this examples seems interesting but their prices are a lil unpractical.

Some examples of savings:
With the first 10 unsmoked packets = a pizza with a friend
With 20packs = pair of designer jeans
With 30packs = watch
With 60 = bike
With 100packs = television set
With 350packs = holiday for 2 on theRed Sea
With 500packs = new computer
After 1 smoke-free year = a scooter or you summer holidays
After 5 year = a medium-sized car
After 10 years = a big car
For life = a house in Malindi

I SHALL CHANGE IT.. va voom!

With 20packs = a new pair of designer jeans miss sixty etc.
With 30packs = facial products
With 60 packs = new phone model
With 100packs = countless tops
With 350packs = new lappy + accessories
With 500packs = for investment
After 1 smoke-free year = holidays
After 5 year = a medium-sized car
After 10 years = a big car
For life = a luxurious house

So, it is reali worth considering. I will get to do mani tinks isnt it ?
I just got this brilliant idea last nite.
Ill try carryin it out. Lets see how long will it last. :)
I know its difficult to stop completely but ill try to lessen it 1st before stopping it completely.

Ill do a count for myself. Today i havent smoked one yet. Perhaps ill limit myself to one a dae! sweet~
